Leadership
Empowering our leaders at PBS
Nowadays, public safety measures can change on a whim. Trying to stay on top of things on a daily basis, let alone implement the latest directives, can become a dizzying exercise. At Prime, we’re using everything we have in our arsenal to provide our clients with the best steam and heating solutions to ensure business continuity. That includes imparting our team members with the leadership skills they need to succeed.
Leadership at Prime
Leadership at Prime is defined as the ability to support others in working together as a team. It’s the commitment our leaders make, day in and day out, which push them to take on concrete actions that lead to positive change.
Training
Prime Boiler’s development centre offers an array of different modalities, including, workshops, seminars, and team and individual coaching, to foster leadership capabilities on the field, in the workplace, and the community.
Our founders
Jayne Madsen
Calvin Madsen
Founders Calvin and Jayne acquired Prime in the early 1990s, focusing on commercial, industrial and institutional boiler solutions. Their strong work ethic and core values, plus a genuine concern for customer support, are what led them to business success.
Calvin and Jayne embodied several bedrock principles during their time at Prime. They provided their team with technical and leadership training and a robust safety program, and they offered custom solutions and around-the-clock service to their clients.
Today, those principles define Prime’s way of leading in both business and our local communities.
