I am proud of the following accomplishments I have taken on at Prime Boiler Services, restructuring the business units to be geographically optimized and organized to better support our customers and drive growth. This is both challenging and rewarding at the same time. If it was easy, any team could do it.
I look forward to taking on building out the management system that is the base of the pyramid supporting strong growth and continued quality solutions. Doing this is facilitating the ability to reach new milestones and break through higher levels of customer service.
Being a leader here at PBS is a combination of leading, coaching, and listening.
